Pastry by Richard Bertinet {book review}

Part 3 of my early birthday present! It came a couple days ago, but I was so busy reading it I didn't have time to post! I would recommend anyone who has worries about pastry making to get this book.

Where I think anyone of any skill level would enjoy this beautiful book, there are easy to follow instructions (includes lots of photos) on how to make pastry bases.

Now I have to decide what to make first and get to the store!!

Maybe I'll have to remake my lemon curd and make some lemon curd tarts!!
I updated the tab titled 'My Bookshelf' made it more user friendly!
